Business News Americas reserves the right to accept or deny publishing a company in Commercial Profiles. If the publication is denied, the payment will be reimbursed to the purchaser.
Business News Americas reserves the right to edit the company content to adapt it for the product's editorial criteria. Business News Americas also can redefine the industries where the profile will be published, among 12 covered industries: mining, metals, infrastructure, water & waste, electric power, oil & gas, petrochemicals, banking, privatization, telecommunications and information technology. If the purchaser does not agree with the edited and published profile, the purchaser will have a maximum of 48 hours, from the profile publication, to ask for a refund and to remove the profile. After 48 hours, the publication will be understood as accepted and the purchaser will not have option to ask for the reimbursement.
If the client wishes to modify the published information, he/she must write to commercial_profiles@bnamericas.com. The profile changes will have a charge of US$590, equivalent to a new publication. BNamericas reserves the right to accept, only in special cases, changes without charge to the purchaser.
